From the moment you walk in, you’ll be greeted by our friendly Guest Service Associates. They’ll check you in and get you all set up.

Your Wax Specialist will take you to your private, sanitized suite to begin your consultation. They’ll get to know you, walk you through the process, and review your waxing goals while addressing any questions or concerns.

Take It Off, Take Everything On

Depending on the service you’ve booked, you may be asked to disrobe from the waist down. It’s normal to feel nervous, but don’t stress!

Our Wax Specialists are professionals. They've seen it all, and their focus is on creating a comfortable, respectful, judgment-free environment where your confidence can bloom.

Our signature 4 Steps to Gorgeous Method has been honed to perfection over two decades to ensure you feel prepped, pampered, and flawless—from start to finish.

  • Step 1: Cleanse

    A quick, pre-wax cleanse removes makeup, oils, and lotions to create a clean canvas.

  • Step 2: Protect

    Pre-wax oil is applied as a protective barrier for your skin. This helps ensure wax doesn’t adhere to your skin and helps hair glide out more easily.

  • Step 3: Wax

    Our exclusive Comfort Wax® is a unique, strip-less wax designed to cling to hair—not skin—to provide a wax that’s as comfortable as it is effective.

  • Step 4: Rejuvenate

    EWC TREAT® Ingrown Hair Serum is applied to help soothe skin and prevent ingrown hair.
